My fingers, I'm happy to say, have always had the ability to adjust on the fly for whatever input devices I'm using. So I've never carried a mouse with my notebook. But I know plenty of people who hate touchpads with a passion and want a real mouse with 'em at all times. And the
MoGo Mouse, unveiled here at CES, caters to their needs in a way that's certainly imaginative.
Rather than taking up room in a briefcase, the MoGo fits in a notebook's PC Card slot, drawing power from the slot to recharge itself. It's a Bluetooth model, so--assuming that your notebook is suitably equipped--there's no tranceiver needed.
Pop it out, and you can flip out a kickstand that gives it a bit of height. It remains a very small, flat mouse, not much bigger than a credit card. But it seemed to work reasonably well when I gave it a quick try.
The MoGo is $70, and will be available in March.
Great idea -- now make it $25 and I'll buy one.
Brillant! I want on now, hope its under $80
HAHAA! Looks like a touch pad to me! - Just kidding! It's too flat for me...
seems like it would be hard to move, and on the expensive side. try taking a deck of cards and pretending to use it as a mouse.
Hahehe!!!woohooo!
I want to buy one and I wanna put it down on my car and step on it and the car will stop!!
