Tablet PC Weirdness on Amazon.com

I'm considering buying a Tablet PC, and so I did what I usually do when I'm contemplating an electronics purchase: I bopped over to Amazon.com to see what it had in stock. When I searched for "Tablet PC," it helpfully told me that it had a Tablet PC section. I clicked through to it and found that...

...the second item listed is InnerClean, a "gentle, herbal compound which was advised by Cayce and recommended by Arnold Erhet for stimulating the eliminations and promoting internal cleansing."

Um, not the kind of tablets I was looking for, Amazon.

I also like the fact that the price in the listing is marked "Buy new." Anyone out there want to buy a used bottle of pills for promoting internal cleansing?
