iPod Nano Goes Red, Does Some Good

If you've reached your threshold with Easter-colored iPod products, Apple is offering the limited edition iPod Nano (Product) Red. It's priced at $199 for 4GB; that's the same price as the other 4GB models.

There's more than an aesthetic reason to get the red iPod. Apple will donate $10 of your purchase price to the Global Fund to fight AIDS in Africa. The iPod Nano is one of several (Product) Red products such as the Red MotoRazr, a Red American Express card, select Gap clothing, and some Converse sneakers. Some products are available only in the U.K. See the (Product) Red Web site for details.
