Rock The Vote on Facebook

According to the AP, you can now register to vote on Facebook. Rock The Vote, a non-profit and non-partisan group, has set up a page on Facebook to encourage the mostly college aged users to register and vote in the upcoming mid-term elections.

In 2004, Rock The Vote registered 1.2 million people online, and Hans Riemer, Rock the Vote's political director, said that 80% of them actually did vote. "The problem with young people is not apathy," he said. "Once you get them registered to vote, they vote."
