Ready to Goof Off?

Unlike
some PC World staffers, I didn't take the week off. Nor am I "working" from home. But with fewer coworkers in the office, it's tough for me to get much done. As a result, I'm busy researching great games and Web sites to help pass the time. Some of my favorites:
Music Plasma (music finder)
This site helps you beef up your music collection by suggesting new artists. The tool is easy to use. Just enter the name of a favorite group and this very slick graphical tool shows similar musicians.
B.A.S.E Videos (skydiving videos)
I went skydiving once and I'm too scared to try it again. To get some thrills and no chance of spills, I like this collection of videos recommended by our very own Steve Bass.
Snowcraft (snowball fight game)
Need a little exercise today? Give that thumb and forefinger a good workout. Just don't over do it: I've been playing this addictive game for the last hour.
Steve Bass offers even more ways to make the most of your downtime in his current Home Office newsletter: "
Need Help Goofing Off?" It features dopey videos, weird pictures, and giant bugs.
