JVC's iPod Boombox

jvc-ra-p10.jpg
It seems like a week can't go by without someone introducing a new iPod dock. JVC's third entry in their recently minted "Made for iPod" line is the $129 RA-P10, a boombox that can run on 6 AA batteries. Like the iPod itself, it's light and sleek, standing under three inches tall and weighing a mere 1.6 lbs.

JVC threw a few extras in as well: the FM tuner and remote control were expected, the clock radio a little less so, and the room thermometer an outright surprise. People, "drop it like it's hot" doesn't refer to ambient temperature, it means... oh, never mind.
