Speak with OneVoice to iTunes and Windows Media Center

onevoice-box.jpgWhile at CES I had the opportunity to try out OneVoice's Media Center Communicator software, which ties together voice recognition with Windows Media Center, allowing you to listen to music, make phone calls or watch a recorded program by simply saying things like "Play artist Odetta," "Call Szechuan Palace," or "Play Justice League."

The system worked pretty well; it understood everything I threw at it, no matter how many absurd accents and affectations I could muster.

If you're using Windows Media Center Edition but you're an iPod kind of person, OneVoice has added a new feature you'll like: it now works with iTunes, sparing you the trouble of managing your music collection between iTunes and Windows Media Player. All that's needed now are built-in macros and hooks into home automation hardware, so that would-be lotharios can just say "Set the mood" to dim the lights, put on Kind of Blue, and adjust the thermostat.

Oh yeah, baby.

I think that One Voice Technology has a big break through for the everyday computer user. It brings an eaiser and better way to do things on your everyday computer. I think that this technology will go far and will better not only the way we do things but also our way of life! I give 2 thumbs up for One Vioce Technology and look forward to hearing more exciting news through their website!

Your products are too expensive to occupy the potential markets. You will be a loser if you are unable to let enough people buy them. The longer, the less their values are. Not long although it seems fine at this time.

I was at Disney world in Florida and I do an attraction "the house of innoventions". A person was presenting this new technologie, and everybody were surprising. But I think it's too expensive and not against "evolved". Perhaps in one year, with the same price we'll have a new version, complete and easier. I think it'll be the future.

I would like to have it

100.00 is the new 49.95 - To be able to intergrate your television, radio, music library, VoIP, Lights, DVD collection, email and more for with just your voice for $100? I've had lunches that cost more than that! I love with guests come over and I can ask them their favorite artist and just say play "Blah Blah" and its starts playing I have artists I didn't even know I had! My wife can now program the recorder my just saying it. You need to download the demo and try it out and then make comments....I dont know how I lived without it...
